This program is by selection only.
The recreational program is designed for 7-14 years old swimmers to learn the basics of the sport. During the training sessions, swimmers will practice synchro skills, learn basic routines and develop an understanding of the synchro theory.

What to bring
Pre-requisites
This program us by selection only
Minimum age is 7 years. Must be confident in deep water and able to swim a minimum of 25m unassisted.
To register this class:
Step 1: Upgrading membership-Annually (if you have not done so for this year)

Step 2: Class registration (Sydney Emeralds)-Termly
Register this class by selecting the sessions, after upgrading membership and log in to your account.
