How to make a Complaint

What is a Member Protection Officer?

If you have a concern, issue or complaint regarding how you or your child is being treated by the Club you can talk to a Member Protection Officer (MPO).

An MPO is a trusted, approachable person within our Artistic Swimming Club, who has had training to ensure our environment is safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone.

The MPO is the first point of contact if you have concerns about inappropriate behaviour, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any breaches of our club's codes of conduct.

They can provide information on policies and procedures, offer guidance on your options, and support you in resolving issues in a fair and confidential manner.

Importantly, the MPO is not there to investigate complaints, but to listen, advise, and connect you with the right pathways to address your concerns.
